Can you confirm a tree is safe from a picture?
No. Photos can help explain the concern, but they do not replace an appropriate on-site assessment. Keep people and pets away if you suspect immediate danger.
Is this a formal arborist report?
Not automatically. If you need a written report or a particular qualification, tell Womer’s before booking so availability and requirements can be confirmed.
What if the tree is touching a power line?
Stay away from the tree, line and nearby objects. Contact your electric utility. For immediate danger to people, call 911. Don’t approach the area to take photos.
