When you request an estimate.
When you enter a valid phone number and move out of the phone field, we save it as an unconfirmed contact. Selecting Continue marks it as a phone inquiry. We save your number, selected service and available referral details so Womer’s can follow up even if you do not finish the form. If the full request is not received after five minutes, we email the phone-only inquiry to Womer’s and Overtime Labs. We also save the phone-only inquiry in Jobber for follow-up. If you later finish the form, the completed details are attached to the same Jobber record. We use Clay and its phone-validation provider, Trestle, to check submitted phone numbers and identify their line type and carrier for follow-up.
We save the details you submit so Womer’s can respond. Requests are stored securely using Cloudflare and emailed through Resend to Womer’s Tree Service and Overtime Labs, which supports this website. New requests are also sent to Jobber, Womer’s client-management system, so the team can track and follow up on your inquiry. The request can include your name, email, phone, address and service choice, along with the page and available campaign or referral information that brought you here.
Address suggestions.
When address suggestions are available, the address you type is sent to Google Maps to find matching addresses. Choosing a suggestion is optional; you can always enter or edit your address yourself. We save only the address included in the estimate request you submit. Google’s Privacy Policy and Maps terms apply to this lookup.
Website measurement.
For visitors in the United States, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement start by default unless you have turned measurement off. We ask for opt-in permission outside the United States or when your region cannot be determined. These tools help us understand visits, call-button clicks and saved estimate requests. Each call-button event includes a timestamp, page, button location and random journey ID; a click does not prove a call connected. For eligible Google Ads visits, a forwarding number may connect you to Womer’s and measure duration-qualified calls. We do not send raw names, email addresses, phone numbers or property addresses in Google Analytics events. Advertising personalization and enhanced conversions remain off. Use Privacy preferences in the footer to turn measurement off or change your choice. Previous declines remain in effect. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling advertising measurement and OpenAI contact matching while retaining ordinary analytics unless you turn it off. You can still request an estimate when measurement is off. This does not remove information already saved with an inquiry or previously collected by a measurement provider.
ChatGPT ad measurement.
Only if you separately allow OpenAI matching in Privacy preferences, Google Tag Manager also loads the OpenAI measurement pixel. We send a lead event when your completed estimate request is saved. OpenAI uses ad-click and browser identifiers to connect conversions to ChatGPT ads. Its automatic advanced matching may detect supported contact information on the page and send a securely hashed version to OpenAI. We do not manually include your form details in conversion events. These events opt out of future user-level advertising personalization. OpenAI measurement cookies can last up to 30 days for an ad-click identifier and 365 days for a browser identifier. Understanding your inquiry.
When measurement is enabled, we record pages, form steps, call-button clicks and event times with a random journey ID. We link that history to an inquiry to understand how you found us. Email addresses and phone numbers remain in private inquiry records; Analytics uses opaque IDs to link the records without sending those contact details. If you leave a valid email field after sharing your phone number, we also save that email privately with the same inquiry reference even if you do not finish the request. Partial email records and journey events are retained for up to 90 days. Submitted requests remain available for business follow-up. We cannot observe activity on other websites or devices.
